These Terms govern access to and use of this website and the pre-contractual exchanges with Tactical Management Ltd.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the use of the website tacticalmanagement.ch and to pre-contractual exchanges and non-binding indicative offers. Specific shareholding agreements are subject to separately negotiated contracts.
2. Audience
The content of this website is addressed exclusively to professional investors, qualified counterparties and institutional sellers. Use by retail investors within the meaning of applicable supervisory law is not intended.
3. Confidentiality
All information exchanged in the course of pre-contractual conversations, data-room access or contract negotiations is subject to strict mutual confidentiality. On request, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed before any substantive exchange.
4. Indicative offers
Indicative offers issued in the course of our five-business-day process are non-binding and do not constitute a binding purchase or shareholding commitment. A binding obligation arises only upon mutually signed contract documents.
5. Liability
Tactical Management Ltd assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of information provided on this website. Content published here does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs and trademarks, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Use outside the intended purpose requires the express written consent of Tactical Management Ltd.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, where legally permissible.
8. Severability
If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic intent.
